Good location but poor check in experience
Location was great and the view into the street. The two-bedroom suite was really comfortable, private, pretty and modern. Nice smelling toiletries. The art work and entrance corridor was lovely and a good spot for our group to sit and chat.
The checkin process was awful. So many steps to be undertaken by the customer, it is all done remotely and the staff seem to do very little. Prior to arrival we were asked what time we were checking in and we indicated an earlier time. When we arrived no access pins worked and then after several attempts to contact the property they indicated we wouldn’t get access until the allocated check in time. They could have sent us a message to indicate this rather than a thanks acknowledgement previously as we would’ve made other arrangements. Lucky McDonalds was next door where we waited with our luggage until our check in time. Then we came back and access still did not work resulting in us calling the property again and having to reset the lot. We know this was not isolated to us as the next people to check in were having issues with access also. The network connection was terrible in the corridors making it hard to contact the property also. The air con in the double suite didn’t work properly although it did work well in the two-bedroom suite. Would recommend getting the two-bedroom suite over the double suite if needing the sofa bed as this wasn’t as comfortable.
